This week’s Furry Friend Friday features Linda, a 5-year-old brindle dog whose happy personality and beautiful smile could brighten anyone’s day.
Linda weighs 61 pounds and is described as a very happy girl who loves being around people. During a recent visit with volunteers, Linda made it clear that she enjoys attention and isn’t shy about asking for more.
She went from volunteer to volunteer looking for someone to love on her and play with. Linda especially enjoyed having people throw balls for her, showing off her playful side along with her affectionate personality.
Linda also seemed right at home in front of the camera. She even sat in a chair and posed for photos like a natural. After enjoying some belly rubs, she continued nudging volunteers for more attention.
Her cheerful personality is hard to miss, but Linda’s smile may be her most memorable feature. She’s the kind of dog who seems to bring happiness with her wherever she goes.
Now, Linda is hoping to find a forever family that will give her plenty of love, playtime and belly rubs. For anyone looking for a happy and affectionate companion, Linda is ready to meet you.
Linda is currently available for adoption at DeKalb County Animal Services, located at 3280 Chamblee Dunwoody Road in Chamblee. No appointment is needed to meet adoptable pets.
