Jesse Metcalfe stopped by the Star 94 Studio to hang out with Jenn Hobby and talk about his new movie on Prime Video: On A Wing And A Prayer. The movie stars Dennis Quaid, Heather Graham and Hollywood Heartthrob Jesse Metcalfe. The movie is based off a true story that happened both in midair and in Connecticut. In this extraordinary true story of faith and survival, On a Wing and a Prayer follows passenger Doug White’s (Dennis Quaid) harrowing journey to safely land a plane and save his entire family from insurmountable danger, after their pilot dies unexpectedly mid-flight.

While at the studio Jesse shared some of the magic that went into making this incredible film including he was actually acting in a vacuum. He even shared with Jenn not only has he never met Dennis Quaid, but that while he was working on this project he never saw him for the entirety of the project. Jesse praised his fellow costars for their amazing work on the project and shared some insight about himself while he was here.
Jesse shared with Jenn that he used a special method of acting called substitution to harness his emotions and reactions for the seriousness of this story. When asked if he ever met aviation specialist, Kari Sorenson, the man who he portrayed in the film, he shared he hadn't, but felt he and Sorenson shared a few personality similarities. Aside from his latest movie hitting Amazon Prime in April, Jesse shared some of his favorite memories from working in the industry on projects like Desperate House Wives and more.
