Jackson’s estate alleges that Jeffre Phillips used Jackson’s death in 2009 as an opportunity to take “hard drives, laptops, iPods, CDs and DVDs believed to contain non-public performances and unreleased concert footage” from the home.

Per TMZ, the estate also claims Phillips stole “a bunch of Michael's handwritten notes with bits of song lyrics ... plus personal computers, cassette tapes, a photo album with MJ on the cover, a black bag with a skull on it, framed record awards and a Michael Jackson doll.”

Jackson’s estate claims they know where all the items are, and want a judge to help them get them all back.

The estate recently prevented a sale of the items Phillips took from the home in 2009.
