This week I tackle Dr. Pepper Cotton Candy. I found this bad boy in Clearwater, Florida on Elista's bachelorette party. I have to admit, when I purchased it...I had had a few drinks. And by a few, I mean I was pretty much sponsored by Whiteclaw.
No one asked for cotton candy flavored like Dr. Pepper but HERE WE ARE!
