1 - March 26: Empower Her 2022, Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania
Girls ages 7-17 are invited to Empower Her, an annual event hosted by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania. This year, Empower Her returns as an in-person day of activities and speakers designed to encourage girls to become leaders in their communities. Caring female role models will encourage body positivity, personal growth and confidence. Inspired by the International Women’s Day movement and Women’s History Month, Empower Her’s mission is to motivate the next generation of women to advocate and take action around female empowerment. Registration is free.

2 - Saturday, March 26 and Sunday, March 27: Bring Spring!, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Join creative kids in the Art Studio at the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh for Bring Spring!, an evolving project that welcomes the season of warmth and sunshine. Kids will build and paint a springtime scene using cardboard tubes, cardboard boxes and other found items. The activity is ongoing throughout the day and is included in museum admission.
Sunday, March 27: Fantastic Creature Egg Prop Making and Storyboarding at MuseumLab, 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
The creative crew at MuseumLab hatched a cool workshop for ages 10-15. In Fantastic Creature Egg Prop Making and Storyboarding, they’ll create an egg that they’ll design a storyboard around. Workshop registration is $20

3 - Sunday, March 27: Empty Bowls at Rodef Shalom Congregation, 1-7:30 p.m.
Think globally, eat locally. One of the city’s signature charitable events returns to fight hunger — which has increased significantly during the pandemic. Be nourished by a meal of soup and bread while supporting the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank and Just Harvest. Then select a ceramic bowl made by a local artisan to take home as a reminder of our neighbors facing hunger. Soup-to-Go tickets are also available. Buy tickets.

Make sure you look at it all here too! www.kidsburgh.org THANKS!
