Ovarian Cancer is the most lethal gynecological cancer, and the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of San Diego is dedicated to raising awareness of ovarian cancer, and offering support to those who have been diagnosed with it. They’re hosting a Teal Steps Walk on Sunday, September 7th on Coronado Island. Naomi Edelmuth, who serves on the board of directors for the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of San Diego, a 23 year survivor of ovarian cancer, and who will the emcee for the walk, discusses this event, as well as the signs and symptoms, and treatment of ovarian cancer.
