The CDC reports that nearly 85 million Americans have a disability, and people with disabilities are the largest minority group in California, and the only group that anyone could join today -- say in a car accident or simply through aging.
The Pacific ADA Center wants to ensure that residents in San Diego know that they can connect with the ADA center to find the help they need. 2025 marks 35 years of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Savannah Bradley, Community Outreach and Programs Manager for the Pacific ADA Center discusses how far have we come and what work is left to be done in terms of supporting people with disabilities.
