AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Five more Travis County residents have died as a result of COVID-19, according to the latest update from local health officials Tuesday.
58 people have died due to the coronavirus, Austin Public Health officials said. 60 new confirmed cases were reported, bringing the total to 1,876.
579 of those cases have recovered, officials said, an increase of 37 from Monday.
According to state data, 13,360 tests have been completed in Travis County, an increase of 540 from Monday's data.
