WILLIAMSON COUNTY (Talk1370.com) -- Williamson County officials say they've confirmed 8 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, pushing the county's total to 50.
12 of the cases have recovered; 11 were at one point hospitalized.
3 of the new cases were in portions of the Austin city limits in WilCo; 2 of the new cases were in Hutto, and one new case each in Cedar Park, Leander, and Round Rock.
People aged 41-60 continue to make up the majority of the county's cases, with 21; there are 13 cases in ages 18-40, 12 cases over 60, and one case under the age of 18.
