TRAVIS COUNTY (Talk1370.com) -- Officials have recovered the body of a swimmer who went missing in Lake Travis near Muleshoe Bend Park Sunday afternoon.
First responders were called to the scene just before 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon, after multiple reports of a swimmer who had gone under and hadn't resurfaced.
Crews recovered the body of the swimmer around 5:30 p.m.
According to Austin-Travis County EMS, crews from Lake Travis Fire & Rescue, Pedernales Fire Department, and the Oak Hill Fire Department all assisted in the search.
