Travis County: 224 new cases and no new deaths were reported Saturday, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 19,401 with 241 deaths. An estimated 16,501 cases have recovered, leaving 2,659 active cases - a decrease of 59 from Friday.
409 patients are hospitalized across the five county metro area - a decrease of 14 from Friday - with 151 patients in intensive care and 104 on ventilators.
48 new admissions were reported Saturday, with the 7-day moving average of new admissions down to 53.1.
Williamson County: 43 new cases and 2 new deaths were reported Saturday, bringing the total number of cases to 5,246 with 92 deaths. 4,300 cases are recovered, with 854 active cases - a decrease of 36 from Friday.
Hays County: Hays County is no longer reporting case data on weekends. As of Friday, there were a total of 4,133 confirmed cases, 24 deaths, and 2,977 active cases.
Bastrop County: 48 new cases were reported Saturday by DSHS, bringing the total number of cases to 1,190. 617 cases have recovered, with 12 deaths, leaving 561 active cases - an increase of 19 from Friday.
Caldwell County: 27 new cases were reported Saturday by DSHS, bringing the total number of cases to 993. 524 cases have recovered, with 7 deaths, leaving 462 active cases - an increase of 8 from Friday.
State of Texas: 8,112 new cases were reported across the state Saturday, bringing the total number of cases to 375,846. State officials said 2,092 cases were removed from the totals Saturday, after Nueces County separated confirmed and probable cases in its reporting. 168 new deaths were reported Saturday, bringing the statewide total to 4,885. Full statewide hospitalization data continues to be unavailable due to a "transition in reporting", with DSHS reporting that 89 percent of hospitals reported complete data. That data shows a total of 9,827 Texans hospitalized across the state.
