Travis County: 119 new cases were reported Monday, pushing the total number of cases to 4,664. Two new deaths were also reported Monday, bringing the total to 106. 3,587 of the cases are considered to be recovered. Across the five county metro area, a total of 142 patients are hospitalized, with 52 in intensive care and 31 on ventilators. The 7-day moving average of new hospitalizations is 22.6, with 23 new admissions on Monday.
Williamson County: 56 new cases were reported on Monday, for a total of 960. 584 of those are recovered, an increase of 7 from Sunday. Hospitalizations in just Williamson County are down to 10, with 7 in intensive care and 3 on a ventilator.
Hays County: 69 new cases were reported Monday, bringing the county total to 938. 267 of those are recovered. 14 patients are hospitalized.
Bastrop County: 2 new cases were reported Monday, bringing the conty total to 288. 117 of those are recovered.
State of Texas: 1,254 new cases were reported Monday from across the state, with the total now at 89,108. 7 new deaths were reported, bringing the total number to 1,983. The number of hospitalizations reached another all-time high Monday, with 2,326 Texans hospitalized with COVID-19 - an increase of 39 from Sunday.
