AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Two people are dead and a third is recovering in the hospital after a fiery crash on Interstate 35 early Friday morning.
First responders were called to the 13000 block of South Interstate 35, near the Buda city limits, around 12:45 a.m. Friday.
Police say a driver going the wrong way in the northbound lanes of the interstate crashed into a truck that was pulling an RV.
Both drivers were pronounced deceased at the scene, while a passenger in the truck was transported to St. David's South Austin with serious injuries.
