HAYS COUNTY (Talk1370.com) -- Hays County officials say a second resident has died due to complications from COVID-19.
The patient was a resident of Wimberley in their 90s who was hospitalized about two weeks ago, county epidemiologist Eric Schneider said.
As of Friday morning, Hays County has 73 active cases of COVID-19 and has administered 2,091 tests.
