
AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- An Excessive Heat Warning has been issued for Sunday, as high pressure continues to bring hot temperatures to Central Texas.
The warning goes into effect at 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon and will last until 8 p.m., with forecast highs expected between 105 and 108 degrees.
Heat index values are expected to soar into the upper 100s, to as high as 110 degrees.
