AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- One person is dead and another was hospitalized after a crash along MoPac's frontage road in North Austin early Tuesday.
First responders were called to the single-vehicle crash at the intersection of MoPac and the northern end of Capital of Texas Highway around 2 a.m. Tuesday morning.
When medics arrived, they found the male driver deceased; a female passenger in the vehicle sustained critical, life-threatening injuries and was transported to St. David's Round Rock.
Police say their investigation into the crash is ongoing, including if weather conditions played a factor in the crash.
