AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- A pedestrian was struck and killed early Friday morning on the southbound mainlanes of Interstate 35 in North Austin.
Police were called to the 12200 block of North Interstate 35, between Yager Lane and Braker Lane around 2:30 a.m. Friday.
A 911 caller reported a man walking on the southbound lanes; when police arrived, they found the man lying on the side of the highway.
Lanes were re-opened around 5 a.m. after an investigation into the crash.
