AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- A suspect is in custody following a homicide Wednesday evening in east Austin.
Police were called to Airport Boulevard and Gunter Street just before 6:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Officers stopped and arrested a male suspect as he was leaving the scene, also recovering a weapon. The victim, also a male, was pronounced deceased on the scene.
According to police, a vehicle on the scene was towed away, and it's possible that both the victim and the suspect were in the same vehicle.
