SAN ANTONIO (Talk1370.com) -- A Chick-Fil-A might be coming to San Antonio's airport, after a settlement was reached between the Federal Aviation Administration and the City of San Antonio over allegations of discrimination.

According to a letter from FAA officials released Monday morning by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, the "informal resolution" to the investigation calls for San Antonio officials to offer Chick-Fil-A a lease opportunity within 45 days.

Paxton appeared on Fox News Sunday to talk about the agreement reached between the FAA and the city.
