AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Scattered showers and some isolated strong to possibly severe thunderstorms are possible as a storm system moves through the state Wednesday.
Tornado Watch remains in effect until 5PM for Bastrop and Caldwell Counties... Travis and Williamson have been removed from the watch...
Around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, one storm near Mansfield Dam showed indications of large hail and strong winds as it moved off to the northeast, prompting a severe thunderstorm warning for parts of Travis and Williamson Counties. The main focus for severe weather is focused on northeast Texas, but a slight chance will remain into the afternoon hours.
Parts of Travis and Bastrop Counties and all of Williamson County are under a slight risk for severe storms - the second of five levels in the Storm Prediction Center's severe weather outlook.
The entire system will push through by mid-afternoon, with sunshine and unseasonably warm temperatures in store for the end of the week.
