TRAVIS COUNTY (Talk1370.com) -- Two Travis County parks were closed Sunday afternoon due to a "large number" of park visitors, officials said.
Pace Bend Park and Milton Reimers Ranch Park were both closed in order to manage the safety of visitors and staff, according to posts from the Travis County Parks Department on social media.
County parks were re-opened on April 13 for daily use between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. for walking, hiking, biking, and other permitted activities.
