AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- More jobs are coming to Austin - this time, by way of the popular online home furnishings store Wayfair.
The company said Wednesday it will open three new engineering sites in San Francisco, Austin, and Toronto. Each of the sites will initially hire up to 200 positions, adding to the company's existing "technology hubs" in Boston and Berlin.
Positions will include software engineers, infrastructure engineers, product managers, experience designers, analysts, and data scientists.
"We’re looking forward to opening three new Engineering sites within the next year," Wayfair Chief Technology Officer Jim Miller said in a statement. "These new locations will be an extension of our headquarters in Boston and Berlin and will allow us to continue to build and foster a global community of sophisticated technologists who are powering the best possible shopping experience for home."
Information on the new positions can be found at Wayfair's careers site.
