Austin's traditional fireworks display - the H-E-B Austin Symphony July 4th Concert & Fireworks - will get underway at 8 p.m. on July 4 at Vic Mathias Shores next to the Long Center. Enjoy the mile-high fireworks over Lady Bird Lake - or if you can't make the festivities, enjoy the simulcast on Majic 95.5.
Here is a look at some of the other events taking place around Central Texas to celebrate America's birthday (all events listed below are on Monday 7/4 unless otherwise noted):
Hill Country Galleria 2022 Independence Day Festival

Enjoy shopping that include 60+ art vendors. Live music in the Central Plaza. Kids can enjoy fair rides, water games, and complimentary face painting. Fireworks end the night! No admission charge and parking is free!

The red-headed stranger's 4th of July Picnic and Fireworks is back and better than ever at Q2 Stadium. Look for a star-studded lineup featuring Willie Nelson & Family, Asleep at the Wheel, Brothers Osborne, Steve Earle & the Dukes, Allison Russell and many more.

39th Annual Sertoma Club Family July 4 Celebration
San Gabriel Park (445 E Morrow St)
A hometown parade starts @ 11am at the low-water crossing near the College Street bridge and ends at the large pavilion. Then, from 11am-10:30pm, enjoy live entertainment, arts and crafts vendors, food, beer and wine vendors, a petting zoo, classic and antique cars, games, rides for children and adults. Admission is free. Some activities have fees. No dogs at the fireworks show.

Come watch your Round Rock Express take on the Albuquerque Isotopes with a first pitch at 6:05pm. Stay for the largest postgame fireworks show set to patriotic music, and all fans are invited to run the bases after the fireworks.
Sertoma July 4th Parade & Frontier Days
Round Rock's Independence Day Parade is a 1.5-mile route along Mays Street between Mays Crossing and Highway 79, getting underway at 8:30am. Then, head to Old Settlers Park for Frontier Days at noon, with carnival rides, entertainment, music, Swifty Swine Racing Pigs, vendors and more! Keep Calm and Sparkle On with a fantastic firework show at dark!
San Marcos
