AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Austin Police have announced a No Refusal initiative for the upcoming Austin City Limits Music Festival.
The initiative will be in place from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. nightly, beginning Sept. 30 and running through Oct. 10.

Police will be able to apply for search warrants for suspects who refuse to provide a breath or blood specimen as required by law.
The initiative is a joint effort of APD and the City of Austin Transportation Department.
