Bomb threat at Austin's airport delays flights, no credible threat found

AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- A late night bomb threat at Austin's airport Friday night delayed and diverted several flights, ahead of the final weekend of Austin's spring festival season.

Officials said the threat was reported at 11:21 p.m. Friday.

Several flights were delayed taxiing to their gates; some were diverted to other airports, officials said.

The threat was cleared just after 1 a.m. Saturday morning, with the airport returning to normal operations.
