AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Austin Police say they've made a fourth arrest in connection with a north Austin murder in April 2024.

Darwin Samir Salinas-Martinez was arrested on Wednesday by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force. He was taken into custody following a brief standoff.

APD obtained a warrant for Salinas-Martinez's arrest in connection with the April 28, 2024 shooting of Luwin Alberto Ordonez-Lovo in the 1700 block of Rutland Drive.

According to investigators, Salinas-Martinez, known as "Condon", allegedly provided the murder weapon, encouraged the killing, and later tried to conceal the firearm from law enforcement.

Salinas-Martinez, an undocumented immigrant from Honduras, was also wanted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Three other suspects were previously arrested in connection with the murder, and investigators used various methods to track down all four individuals.

Salinas-Martinez is currently in custody at the Travis County Jail awaiting further legal proceedings.
