Plus all ATX residents can drop their trees off at Zilker Park! Do 1Thing together heading into the New Year!

*Set out your tree by 5:30am on your composting collection day
*NO trees sprayed with flocking (artificial snow)
*REMOVE ornaments, decorations, tinsel, lights & tree stands.
*DO NOT put your tree in a bag
*ONLY NATURAL TREES accepted for RECYCLING
*CUT IN HALF trees 6 feet or taller
All Austinites can drop off their NATURAL HOLIDAY TREES for RECYCLING at Zilker Park. You DO NOT need to be an Austin Resource Recovery customer. Follow the collection 411 minus the curbside details.

Starting 1/08/25 at 9am, trees collected at Zilker Park that are turned into mulch will be available for free! First come, first served! Please bring your own tools and storage containers for loading and transporting the mulch. Date is subject to change due to weather.
Holiday Tree Recycling volunteers are needed and greatly appreciated! If you or your organization is interested, register to volunteer during the collection days.
