AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Austin Fire investigators say they've arrested a man in connection with a fire at the historic Buford Tower in downtown Austin last week.

Fire investigators say 58-year old David Rosenblum is facing an arson charge in relation to the blaze, which is a first-degree felony.

According to an arrest affidavit, investigators say the fire began in a dwelling made of sticks and wood from the immediate area, that was located adjacent to the tower. During an interview with investigators, Rosenblum said that he personally was upset with the person who was living in the dwelling and that he was "not in the least bit upset about it burning down." Rosenblum was also seen in surveillance footage from 200 W. Cesar Chavez igniting the fire.

Rosenblum remains in jail on a $15,000 bond.
