AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Austin Police are investigating a deadly crash on the city's southeast side Tuesday night.
Police say the crash happened around 10:30 p.m. on William Cannon Drive near Rockridge Drive. According to witnesses, a motorcyclist lost control and crashed into a utility pole. He was transported to a nearby hospital and later died from his injuries.
Roads were closed in the area for several hours while police worked to clear the scene. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
