AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- One person is dead after a crash involving a pickup truck and a semi on Interstate 35 in north Austin early Sunday morning.
Austin Police say the crash happened on the southbound lanes of I-35 between Braker & Rundberg around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
Austin-Travis County EMS said one person was pronounced deceased on the scene.
Police say it appears that the driver of the pickup may have been going the wrong direction on the interstate; an investigation into the crash is ongoing.
