(Talk1370.com) -- Monday will start off mostly cloudy before turning partly cloudy and warm in the afternoon, ahead of a cold front and a chance of showers and storms.
Morning clouds will partially clear by the afternoon, with highs reaching into the upper 80s across Central Texas. Austin should see a forecast high of 88 degrees, with winds out of the south 10 to 15mph.
Tonight, skies will remain mostly cloudy with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Lows will fall into the lower 60s.
The western portions of our I-35 corridor counties including Travis, Williamson, and Hays are under a marginal risk of severe storms - the lowest of five levels forecast by the Storm Prediction Center.
