CEDAR PARK, Texas (Talk1370.com) -- One person is dead after reportedly jumping from a moving vehicle on Highway 183A in Cedar Park Monday morning.
Cedar Park Police say they received a 911 call around 6:30 a.m. Monday morning from a rideshare driver, who said a passenger had leapt from their vehicle while they were driving northbound on the toll road.
CPPD said the incident happened in the 5900 block of 183A, which is near the Scottsdale exit.
The northbound lanes of the toll road have been closed for much of the morning while investigators work the scene.
Drivers are being asked to avoid the area.
