AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Authorities are investigating a homicide scene near Zilker Park Thursday morning.
Austin Police say 911 callers reported a suspicious vehicle near Barton Springs Pool around 7:15 a.m. Thursday morning. The callers also reported that the vehicle had shots through the window.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found a blood trail leading from the vehicle to a person who was deceased.
Homicide detectives are on the scene, looking for potential evidence and any other information that may be available.
No one is in custody, police said.
Thursday's investigation comes after a body was found along Auditorium Shores by a jogger Wednesday morning. That homicide scene remains under investigation as well.
