AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Police are investigating a suspicious death that happened in north Austin early Saturday morning.
Austin Police say they responded to the 7000 block of the north Interstate 35 frontage road near St. Johns Avenue around 5:30 a.m., on reports of multiple shots fired.
Police say that after searching the area, a man was located inside a vehicle with trauma to his body, and was transported to a nearby hospital where he later died.
No other details were immediately available. Police say their investigation is ongoing.
