AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- It is Election Day across Central Texas, with voters set to decide on 14 state constitutional amendments alongside a number of local races and bond proposals.

Polls are open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.; anyone who is in line at 7 p.m. will be allowed to cast a ballot.

The 14 constitutional amendments voters will decide on include measures that would provide property tax relief, increase retirement pay for the state's teachers, and increase the mandatory retirement age for state judges and justices.

Locally, voters in both Travis and Williamson Counties will decide on hundreds of millions of dollars in bond projects for county roads and parks. A number of municipal races will also be decided.

Lake Travis ISD voters will cast their ballots to decide on a $143 million athletics facilities proposal; voters in Round Rock ISD will decide on a voter-approved tax ratification election (VATRE) that would allow the district to give teachers a 6% pay raise.

Talk 1370 will have results after the polls close Tuesday night, on-air and online at Talk1370.com.
