AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- A second suspect has been arrested in connection with this weekend's deadly mass shooting along Sixth Street in downtown Austin.
Austin Police say 17-year old Jeremiah Roshaun Leland James Tabb was arrested Monday afternoon without incident in Killeen, while enrolled in a summer school class. APD says the Killeen ISD Police Department assisted with the arrest. Tabb is facing an aggravated assault charge in connection with Saturday's shooting.
Saturday afternoon, officials said a juvenile male had been arrested. It's not clear what charges he may face in connection to the shooting; because he is a juvenile, his identity will likely remain private.
The shooting early Saturday morning injured 14 people, including two who sustained critical injuries. One of those who was critically injured, 25-year old Douglas John Kantor, died from his injuries Sunday afternoon.
Police have not yet laid out a positive motive for the shooting.
