When officers arrived there, they found a tent with blood around it. Inside, officers found a man who had been shot and killed.

Despite the close proximity, police say there's no evidence yet to connect the two shootings together. No suspect is in custody in either case.

Anyone with information on either shooting is urged to call APD's Homicide tip line at 512-974-TIPS, or Crime Stoppers at 512-472-TIPS.
