
AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Water distribution sites will once again be open across the City of Austin and Travis County on Tuesday.
Cases of water will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the following sites:
Lakeline Station, 13625 Lyndhurst Blvd.
Nelson Field, 7105 Berkman Drive
Roy G. Guerrero Park, 400 Grove Blvd.
Garrison Park, 6601 Menchaca Rd.
Onion Creek Soccer Complex, 5600 E. William Cannon Dr.
ACC Pinnacle Camps, 7748 US-290
Manor Distribution Site, Corner of Lockwood Road and Blake Manor Road, Manor TX 78653 ***Distribution in Manor begins at 11 a.m.***
Lago Vista City Hall, 5803 Thunderbird, Lago Vista, TX 78645
Village of Point Venture Offices, 411 Lohman Ford Road, Leander, TX 78645
Jones Brothers Park, 10301 Lakeside Dr, Jonestown, TX 78645
Each site will be open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. or as long as supplies last. Each vehicle or person will receive one case of water, which is approximately 30 pounds.
As of Sunday evening, city and county officials had distributed more than 19,000 cases of water, representing more than 60,000 gallons of water.
City departments will begin to resume regular operations on Monday, while Parks & Recreation crews will be inspecting the city's facilities for damage from the winter weather. All of the PARD facilities will remain closed, although parks and trails across the city remain open.
