A man is now indicted in the murder actor Eddie Hassel who was shot and killed in Grand Prairie last year.
An Arlington man named D'Jon Ramon Tony Alfred Antone was arrested less than a week later and has remained in the Tarrant County jail since then, being held on a $5 million bond.
Yesterday, a Tarrant County grand jury handed up an indictment charging Antone with capital murder.
Hassel had roots in Texas, having been born in Corsicana before moving to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career.
