A Dallas County Sheriff's Deputy and the Sheriff's office are both being sued by a driver who claims Deputy Francisco Castillo used a TikTok to live stream a traffic stop last year.

Torry Osby's lawsuit says Deputy Castillo's video displayed Osby's driver license with all of his personal information clearly showing.

Osby's attorney says his client knew nothing about the video until he was recently contacted by someone who had watched it on Castillo's TikTok feed.

Fearing possible identity theft or strangers showing up at his home, Osby is suing for monetary compensation.
