Bill Hutchinson, the owner of W Hotel in Dallas and Virgin Dallas, has pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a 16 year old girl at his vacation home in California.

Hutchinson, 63, appeared in court in Orange County Tuesday and was released on $100,000 bail.

Hutchinson is also the star of the reality show, Marrying Millions, with his fiancee, Brianna Ramirez, 23.

Prosecutors in California have charged him with one felony count of rape and five misdemeanor counts of sexual battery. A lawyer for the 16 year old girl says she will testify that Hutchinson abused her on "a handful of other occasions."

As he left the courthouse Tuesday, Hutchinson declined to answer reporters' questions.

The charges in California follow Hutchinson pleading not guilty to sexual assault in Highland Park. Highland Park DPS says he assaulted a 17 year old girl who staying with his family.

The girl told detectives she was sleeping at the house in May and woke up to find Hutchinson sexually assaulting her. Hutchinson turned himself in July 7 and was released on $30,000 bond.

At the time, he released a statement to TMZ reading, "Anyone who knows me in this city knows that I am not capable of assault, sexual or otherwise. Hopefully all of my colleagues and friends will give me the benefit of the doubt until I prove my innocence in court.”
