The cause of death has been released two months after a Dallas woman died after being restrained while being taken to the hospital by Dallas Fire-Rescue paramedics.
The family of LaDamonyon Hall was highly critical of police and paramedics who responded when an east Dallas car dealership called saying she was creating a disturbance.
Realizing she was having a medical episode, paramedics wanted to bring Hall in for an evaluation. But a 38-minute video showed Hall resisted strongly. She was restrained with handcuffs and transported with a "spit hood" over her head.

She became unresponsive on the way and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Now, the Dallas County Medical Examiner's autopsy report shows Hall died from combined effects of cocaine, methamphetamine and PCP.
