ERCOT has issued a Weather Watch running from Thursday through next week as triple digit heat is expected to land in Texas.
Just one example, on Monday Laredo is expected to hit 114 degrees.
North Texas is expecting at least five consecutive days of 100-plus degree heat. Next Tuesday's high at DFW Airport is expected to hit 105.
