ERCOT has issued a Weather Watch for Wednesday, May 8.
ERCOT says the 'Weather Watch' is issued because of the unseasonably high temperatures expected, as well as high levels of expected maintenance outages, and the potential for lower reserves.
ERCOT does say grid conditions are expected to be normal. A watch basically means they're not expecting any sort of emergency, but want us to monitor the grid.
