Less than two weeks after the deadly chain-reaction crash in Fort Worth, the lawsuits have begun.

On February 11th, six people died in 133-vehicle crash on an icy stretch of I-35W north of downtown Fort Worth.

Yesterday, three people filed a lawsuit naming five transportation companies whose rigs were involved including; Rich Logistics, GO2 Logistics, JB Hunt, GG's Produce and Fed Ex.

The lawsuits accuse the drivers and their employers of negligence, claiming the rigs were going too fast and that the drivers neglected to take road conditions into account.

The companies are accused of failing to train their drivers sufficiently.
