A Fort Worth woman who killed a bicyclist in Grand Prairie and then fled the scene has been sentenced to 12-years in prison.

A Dallas County jury convicted 42-year old Kallie Wright of being in a accident with an injury. In July of 2018, 42-year old Calvin Middleton was riding his bike on Beltline near I-20 when he was struck from behind by Wright. She then fled from the scene the accident.

Middleton's brother Shawn says the sentence ends a four-year ordeal.
