AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Texas Gov. Greg Abbott will deliver a statewide address Wednesday evening to discuss the recent winter storm, power outages, and ongoing response.
The televised address is scheduled to begin shortly after 6 p.m. Wednesday evening and is expected to last no longer than 5 minutes.
Later this week, President Joe Biden is scheduled to visit the Houston area to assess damage from the winter storm.
