A Harris County sheriff's deputy is fighting for his life this morning after being shot while conducting a traffic stop last night, and the suspects are still on the run.
Officials say the officer is in critical but stable condition this morning.
Investigators have found the car they believe the suspects were driving. It was located this morning but the two suspects, 34-year-old Terran Green and 37-year-old James Green are still on the run.
Police say every effort is being made to locate them. A statewide Blue Alert has been issued.
