Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has apparently "unblocked" several people on Twitter.
Nine people filed a lawsuit against Paxton accusing him of blocking them after they criticized his policies.
Paxton is not the first Texas lawmaker to be sued for blocking someone on social media. Last year, Sen. John Cornyn was sued by a man who said he had blocked him on Twitter for expressing his views.
Cornyn later unblocked the man and saying he block him inadvertently.
Courts have previously found that other elected leaders violated the First Amendment when they blocked their critics.
