
Texas has four of the country's least-educated cities in the United States, and one of the most-educated, according to a recent study.
A new survey from Wallet-Hub ranks the nation's 150 biggest cities by the highest level of education attained. The city with the most highly educated people is Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The highest ranked Texas metropolitan area is the Austin-Round Rock-Georgetown area which is 10th.
At the other extreme, Texas has four cities in the bottom ten including Corpus Christi - ranked 142, Beaumont-Port Arthur at 143, McAllen-Edinburg-Mission is 148 and Brownsville-Harlingen is 149th.
The least educated in the country, just below Brownsville, is Visalia, California.
